Where do I find my personal orders?

What is Carolina Country Bling jewelry made of?

The metals found in Carolina Country Bling pieces are primarily made of iron and include other trace minerals. Those trace minerals are made up of a metallic alloy of either zinc, steel, or aluminum.

There are also pieces that are made from sterling silver, steel or have a 18k gold plating on them.

Sterling silver is the standard of quality for articles containing 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper (and/or other alloys).

Stainless steel contains at least 10% chromium and, depending on the grade of the stainless steel, it may include smaller percentages of nickel, molybdenum, titanium, niobium and other metals.

18K gold plated jewelry is made of sterling silver or other base metal covered with a thin gold layer that consists of 75% pure gold.

Some custom pieces are made from MDF board. These will be identified in the product description.

Where are Carolina Country Bling products made?

Our suppliers and manufacturers are located in various countries; including China, Singapore, Mexico, USA, etc. Unless noted in the description items are of foreign origin and not made in the USA.

Items made in the USA will be indicated in the description with 'Made in The USA'. Components, findings, parts, stones, etc may or may not be made in the USA.

Some products that we carry are made by our owner, Revonah herself. These products will be identified in the description.

Does Carolina Country Bling shop outside the U.S.A?

No, at this time we only ship to all 50 states of the USA and Guam, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses.

What happens if an item is received broken or damaged?

All items go through a strict Quality Control prior to shipment. If you receive an item that is defective, missing parts, or broken, please notify us and we will give you a credit equaling the value of said piece to use on your next order. We do not offer cash refunds. You must report any defects/broken items within 24hrs of receipt.

How much is shipping and handling?

We offer 3 different shipping options. 1. Ground Advantage, which is calculated by USPS. The amount is based off of the weight of your package and the location is being mailed to. 2. We also offer a flat rate fee of $5.50 shipping on all orders. 3. And we offer USPS Priority mail. We do not charge a handling fee or any other hidden fees. We do offer shipping discounts and specials from time to time.

How and when do you ship? From where?

All shipments originate from our warehouse in North Carolina. We usually ship within 5 business days (weekends excluded) and utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking. All items are usually shipped in the same package. Your item will usually arrive within 10 business days (weekends excluded) after processing. You will receive a notice via email with the tracking number. To track your package, please go to usps.com and enter your tracking number.

Backorder and out-of-stock items?

In the event an item is out of stock when you order, we will give you a credit of said piece value.

Order Processing Time?

Orders begin processing 12-48 hours after being placed and processing is 3-5 business days. Our processing dept. does not operate on Sunday. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day. Most orders typically ship out before 5 business days.

Absolutely! Carolina Country Bling Affiliates own their business and are not employees of Carolina Country Bling. This means that you are allowed to join any other companies and sell their products if you wish.

What is the difference between PV, TV, RV and SV?

PV = Personal Volume. This is what you personally purchase from our website.
TV = Team Volume. This is what your team purchases from the website as well as their customer retail orders. TV does NOT include your personal purchases, only your team (Level 1, 2 and 3).
RV = Retail Volume. This is your customer retail orders from your website.
SV = Sales Volume. This this a combination of your personal purchases as well as your retail customer orders.

How much can an Affiliate earn?

Affiliates sell our items at their own price point, therefore what you earn is completely up to you.

Where can I sell?

You may sell anywhere you like! Our affiliates do Home Parties, Sell at farmers markets and flea markets, at shows and events and even in their own retail stores. You may also sell online via Instagram, Facebook or your own website.

How do I sell?

A few ideas are a home party, set up a display at your home or a friends home and invite the girls over for an afternoon luncheon or evening appetizer sales party. Play some games, have a fun time and watch your sales grow! Other ideas include selling at local marketplaces and even getting into shows or events. Check vendor events in your area. W-9 Information?

By Federal Law, anyone who receives more than $600 (six hundred dollars) in commission from Carolina Country Bling will be issued a 1099 at the end of the year. How often do we get paid?

Retail commissions are paid via Direct Deposit, PayPal or Store Credit every Monday. Team commissions for those who earn rank will be paid on or around the 20th of the month for the following months online sales. To earn commission from any online retail sales that you may receive via your website link, you will need to have a minimum of $5 in total commission earned before payout is made.
