Refund policy

On the RARE occasion that you may have to return a product for a refund, here is what you need to know.


Returns and Cancellations

Returns
Items may be returned for a credit only if the item is defective, we must be notified within 24 hours of your receipt of the item that you wish to return it for a credit. The item must be returned to us within 5 days of the initial request to return. The original label must be used and marked “return to sender” as we do not credit return shipping. Upon receipt of the item, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent, and under the terms described, we will issue a refund via store credit or credit the original payment method. Items must be returned with original packaging as sent, refunds will not be issued on items returned without original packaging.

We only accept returns if items are defective, once an item has been worn and or removed from original packaging it will not be accepted for a return.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by Carolina Country Bling, within one hour of placing the order. Cancellations received after one hour of placing the order, can be refunded provided the items have not shipped, however there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

Orders marked as “Shipped” can not be cancelled. We are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered by USPS. 

*Disclaimer: We are not responsible for packages if you enter wrong shipping address. If this should happen, you will need to contact USPS to file a claim. 


Broken or Missing Jewelry

All items go through a strict Quality Control prior to shipment. If you receive an item that is defective, missing parts, or broken, please notify us and we will give you a credit equaling the value of said piece to use on your next order. We do not offer cash refunds. You must report any defects/broken or missing items within 24hrs of receipt.
