Returns & Cancellations (Rare, but Important)
On the rare occasion you need to request a return or cancellation, please review the guidelines below. These policies help us handle requests fairly and efficiently.
Returns (Defective Items Only)
We accept returns for defective items only and only when the following requirements are met:
- You must notify Carolina Country Bling within 24 hours of receiving the item
- The item must be returned within 5 days of your initial return request
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Items must include original packaging as sent
- Returns without original packaging will not be eligible for credit/refund
- We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or removed from original packaging
Return Shipping Requirements
- The original shipping label must be used and marked “Return to Sender”
- Return shipping is not credited
Return Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue:
- Store credit, or
- A credit to the original payment method, when applicable
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is submitted and acknowledged by Carolina Country Bling within one (1) hour of placing the order.

After One Hour
Cancellations requested after one hour may be refunded only if the order has not shipped, and will include a 15% restocking fee.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders marked “Shipped” cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Disclaimer
- Carolina Country Bling is not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered by USPS.
- If an incorrect shipping address is entered, the customer is responsible for contacting USPS to file a claim.
Broken or Missing Jewelry
All items go through quality control prior to shipment. If you receive an item that is broken, missing parts, or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Approved issues will receive a store credit equal to the value of the item, to be used on a future order
- Cash refunds are not offered for defective/broken/missing items
